WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FROM ME TO HELP?

To receive a solution as soon as possible, be sure to include as much information as possible! Such as an order number (#_____), email address, pictures/ videos, etc. This will allow our customer support team to immediately deal with your support ticket.

RETURNING AN ORDER?

Make sure to remove the first digit of your order number. For example, '143055' will become '43055' when processing your return. Ensure your package is sent back with protective wrap back on the product or your refund will be denied. Ensure all packaging, including warranty card, pouch and size guides are also returned in resellable condition or your return will be denied. Return your order by clicking here. If your return is denied you will be charged a fee. Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days of receiving your return & refunds will take 7 working days to refund.
