I ordered three different custom pendants and every one of them came out amazing. I'm in love with them. I sent them to the people they were for as gifts and every single one of them loves it. You guys killed it. It did take a while. I will say that and I get it. It is custom but I think the time could have been a little quicker but I can't complain because the quality of the pieces was top notch and your customer service is always responsive. You let me know how far along the process you were occasionally. Let me know what was going on and let me know once you got a box of and on their way. And the second I seen the first one. I know I ain't made the right choice going with you guys
