What 1-star Adamans reviews say, and what we changed

We're not going to pretend the one-star reviews are all unfair. Most of them come down to three things. Here they are, with what we've done about each one.

1. "It took much longer than the site said"

This is the biggest one. Our in-stock pieces ship in 1–2 business days, but custom pendants, lab diamond pieces, and grillz are built after you order and take weeks. For too long, that difference wasn't clear enough at checkout, so people expected a chain in two days and got a "your piece is in production" email instead.

2. "I ordered moissanite and got something else"

Two different things sit behind this complaint. First, when a moissanite piece sells faster than our setters can finish the next batch, we've offered customers a placeholder piece to wear while the moissanite piece is finished. When that wasn't explained clearly before the order, it felt like a bait and switch. Second, Adamans sells two separate lines, a Moissanite & Silver line and an entry-price CZ & Metal Alloy line, and some customers bought from the CZ line thinking it was moissanite.

3. "The finish faded" and "the warranty didn't cover it"

Our old warranty covered manufacturing defects only, and it was voided by fading. For a brand that tells you its pieces are built for daily wear, that was the wrong policy.

A smaller group of one-star reviews are about parcels marked delivered that never arrived. We now open a claim with the courier when you tell us within 48 hours, and we'd always recommend a secure delivery address for jewelry.

Every piece in the Moissanite & Silver line passes a standard diamond tester and ships with a GRA report. Pieces in the CZ line won't pass one, and aren't meant to.

The Moissanite & Silver line is 18k gold vermeil over 925 sterling silver. The CZ & Metal Alloy line is gold-plated alloy, listed in the specs on each product page.

Does Adamans jewelry turn green or fade?
