• History. Its About page says Harlembling has been selling since 2009 and has shipped over 300,000 orders.
• Where it makes and ships. The same page says every piece is handcrafted at its factory in Arezzo, Italy, and ships daily from its warehouse in New York City. Its shipping policy says all orders ship from the United States.
• A claimed Trustpilot profile. Harlembling has claimed its profile, so it can see and answer reviews there.

So you will get a package. What recent buyers say goes wrong is everything after that: the wrong size, a missing item, or a return nobody answers. That's what the next section is about.

What recent Harlembling reviews say

All-time scores mix in orders from years ago, before either brand's current products, staff and policies. Reviews from the last 3 months represent the up-to-date experience of ordering from each brand today, so that's what we compare. We used Trustpilot's own "Last 3 months" filter on October 15, 2026, counting reviews in every language, so you can check the numbers yourself.

Eighteen reviews is a small sample, and that matters. Harlembling's own reviews page sends shoppers to its Facebook group rather than Trustpilot, so Trustpilot may not reflect most of its customers. Is Harlembling real silver?

Harlembling's About page says it uses "solid 925 sterling silver and high-grade Moissanite." Its best-selling moissanite tennis chain lists solid 925 sterling silver with a rhodium (white), 14k yellow gold or rose gold vermeil finish, real VVS D color moissanite, a GRA certificate, and stones that hit on a diamond tester. That's a strong spec, and on the metal it beats ours. The Material line on our moissanite chains lists 18K white gold plating, and we'd rather tell you that here than have you find out later.

Two things to check before you buy from Harlembling:

• Not everything is moissanite. Harlembling's menu also has CZ chains, CZ rings, CZ earrings and a stainless steel section. Its own tennis chain listing points budget buyers to "the same tennis necklace in cz stones." CZ won't pass a diamond tester. Read the title and stone line on every listing.
• Measure what arrives. Given the sizing complaints above, measure the width with a ruler or gauge as soon as the chain arrives, while you're still inside the return window.

On price we're cheaper at every size in that table, by $176 on a 3mm and $684 on a 5mm at 20 inches. Part of that gap is the metal: solid sterling silver costs more than a plated chain, and Harlembling lists its 5mm at 60 carats on a 24-inch chain. Harlembling also offers more widths and longer lengths, up to 30 inches. If you want solid silver or a 7mm, Harlembling has it and we don't. How long does Harlembling take to ship?

Harlembling's shipping policy says all orders ship from the United States. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days after the order ships, with expedited options at checkout. Its site banner says you can get your order "as soon as tomorrow." The policy also says Harlembling isn't responsible for parcels the carrier marks as delivered, and that international buyers pay any customs duties.

For us: in-stock pieces ship from our US warehouse, and most US orders arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day, and US shipping is free over $100. If a piece isn't in US stock, it ships from our UK warehouse and takes 5 to 10 business days, with duties paid by us. We tell you that on the product page before you buy. If a courier marks a parcel delivered and you don't have it, tell us within 48 hours and we open the claim with the courier.

Harlembling returns and warranty

Returns

Harlembling's refund policy gives you 30 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and you email Harlembling first. If it accepts the return, it sends you a return label. Custom pieces and sale items can't be returned. Approved refunds go back to your card within 10 business days.

That beats us for a moissanite chain. Our moissanite pieces are final sale. Custom and made-to-order pieces, earrings and grillz can't be returned either. In-stock pieces from our CZ & Metal Alloy and Silver & 18k Vermeil lines can be returned within 14 days for a refund (with a 15% restocking fee) or 90 days for an exchange or store credit. The one caution on Harlembling's side: several recent reviewers say their return emails went unanswered, so keep a record of every message.

Warranty

We couldn't find a written warranty policy on Harlembling's site on October 15, 2026. Its About page says its jewelry is "built to last a lifetime," but that isn't the same as a policy that says what's covered.
